Heatspace Support
Find answers for purchases, account sync, Apple Watch, and app permissions—or contact Vlad Arama directly.

- Restore an existing purchase from Heatspace Pro → Restore Purchases or Account → Restore purchases.
- Manage or cancel an Apple subscription at Apple subscriptions.
- Request help with App Store charges at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased Heatspace Pro.
Account and sync
- Core timers work without signing in.
- Sign in with Apple enables optional profile and session sync.
- If sync fails, keep the app installed so local history remains available, check your connection, and use the retry option in Account.
- Delete a signed-in account from Account → Delete account. This does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Apple Watch and Health
- Heart-rate and workout features require Health permissions.
- Review or revoke Heatspace permissions in Apple Health or Settings.
- Heart-rate summaries and Heat Load are informational wellness context, not medical advice or safety limits.
Location
The Find tab works without location permission. Location is requested only after you tap Near me and is used on your device to show nearby approved sauna listings.
When you contact us
Include your iOS or watchOS version, Heatspace app version, device model, and a brief description of what happened. Do not send passwords, Apple Account credentials, authentication tokens, payment-card information, medical records, or other sensitive information.

Safety
Stop a sauna session and leave the heat immediately if you feel dizzy, faint, confused, nauseated, unusually short of breath, or otherwise unwell. Heatspace is not a medical device. Contact a qualified healthcare professional about whether sauna use is appropriate for you, and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
